ShredAbility Returns to Sunshine Village - April 12th, 2025

Get ready for a full day of fun on the slopes with a purpose! The 9th Annual ShredAbility event, hosted by Rocky Mountain Adaptive (RMA), is happening on Saturday, April 12, at Sunshine Village. This all-mountain scavenger hunt is open to skiers and snowboarders of all levels and supports adaptive sports in the Bow Valley.

Participants will team up in groups of 2-4 and spend the day tackling clues, completing adaptive challenges, and hitting checkpoints spread across green, blue, and black runs. It's a mix of friendly competition, adventure, and giving back - perfect for anyone who loves the mountains.

Each registration includes a Sunshine Village lift ticket, food, swag, and the chance to win prizes. Awards will be handed out for fastest and slowest team times, best costume, and more. The top fundraising team will take home the grand prize: a 3-day CMH Heli-Hike Trip for two.

Proceeds from ShredAbility support Rocky Mountain Adaptive's mission to make mountain sports accessible to people of all ages and abilities. Whether you're racing for the win or dressing up for the fun of it, you'll be helping create more inclusive outdoor experiences in the Rockies. More
